- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆As my wife has Multiple Sclerosis and I'm her personal care giver, I came here today to find out why they were charging my wife's bank account a $12 monthly maintenance fee (they started this 3 months ago) instead of the $5 fee which is clearly noted in their service agreement. The same thing happened about a year ago as well. Since this BOA shut down their "convenient" drive thru service, they seem to want to randomly raise monthly fees or add charges to their customers accounts. I recommend that you use another bank in the area or a bank where you can handle everything online. It'll save you money. I will be cancelling my wife's account with this bank by the end of the week.By Jeff Peebles, September 03, 2017
